EU Right of Withdrawal – Sacred Fertility Oracle Deck

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be returned in perfect, unused, and unopened condition — exactly as received. Any damage is a failure to return acceptance.
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of notifying me of your intention to withdraw.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
• Items must be sent via international tracked shipping — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please Note

This right of withdrawal applies only to the physical Sacred Fertility Oracle Deck. It does not apply to:

• Personalised items (e.g. crystal bracelets made to order)
• Digital products (e.g. tarot readings delivered electronically)

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, full name, and a brief note that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
